Paradise-Opoly Terms and Conditions of Use
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“TERMS”) GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, DEFINED BELOW, AND YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH PARADISE-OPOLY LLC, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATES (“WE,” “OUR,” “US,” OR “PARADISE-OPOLY”).
THE FOLLOWING TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOU LAST ACCESSED OR USED THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. If at any time you find these Terms unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or the Services.
Notice of Agreement to Arbitrate and Class Action Waiver
By accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve any dispute with us on an individual basis in arbitration, and to waive any right to pursue a class action or suit in court, except in matters that may be pursued on an individual basis in your local small claims court.
This website, paradise-opoly.com, is owned and operated by Paradise-Opoly LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about the Paradise-Opoly game and development as well as pre-orders and sales of the Paradise-Opoly board game, accessories and merchandise. By accessing or using the website or our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
All people, places and things represented in the game are represented in a historical manner. In no way is Paradise-Opoly LLC affiliated with any entity represented, other than in a manner of providing donations, monetary or other, to certain non-profit organizations for wildfire recovery related efforts. These non-profit organizations receiving donations from Paradise-Opoly may or may not be represented in the game.
Privacy Policy
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
Return Policy
For pre-orders or orders placed on paradise-opoly.com returns or exchange are accepted for damaged or defective products within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Upon inspection of damaged or defective product a full refund of purchase price and original shipping paid will be refunded or applied to an exchange.
Cancellation of an online order is accepted only if requested within 24 hours of the order being shipped. Orders are shipped the same day the order was made if made before 12pm PST. All other orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order. (Pre-orders do not start shipping until Dec. 1, 2022) If the order has already shipped then a return will need to be initiated and the return terms above must be adhered.
None of the these terms apply to games or product purchased in an approved Paradise-Opoly retail store. Returns or exchanges are subject to that retail store's own terms and conditions on such.
Returns will not be accepted due to dissatisfaction with design, method of manufacture, represented content of the game and/or decisions made by the company Paradise-Opoly LLC including but not limited to what contractors are used for production or manufacturing of product, release dates or unpredictability of production and choice of beneficiaries.
Shipping Policy
All pre-orders will be shipped on or around December 1, 2022.
Shipping is only available to United States at this time. If you require shipping outside of the US please contact info@paradise-opoly.com to arrange international shipment and costs before placing your order.
All orders will ship same day if the order is placed before 12pm PST. All other orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed.
Shipping companies used will be based on a lowest price basis depending on location. Most orders will ship with USPS or UPS.
Each order is packaged carefully so that it arrives to you safe and sound. If for any reason the contents of a package is damaged due to shipping please contact info@paradise-opoly for a replacement.
Digital Item Policy
Paradise-Opoly LLC retains all rights to the designs and likenesses of these included digital files and/or digital 3D model files. Only intended for personal use. Reproduction for resale of any kind is strictly prohibited including, but not limited to, the resale of the digital files or resale of physical prints or creations from the digital 3D files and/or models or molds made from the 3D files.
For personal use only. Absolutley no unauthorized reproduction, distribution or reselling allowed of these digital files. No mass production allowed. No posting or listing files for distribution on another website for free or for sale. The files that will be sent are trackable and it will be known when they are distributed unlawfully.
